2. Make a contract with us

2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

2.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will phone you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will receive a phone call declining acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

2.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.

2.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

2.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, we do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site.

2.7 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

3. How to place order

3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 01788 579651.

3.2 Carriage charges will be quoted after you place your order. You will recieve a phone call discussing the postal options.

3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full once the order has been accepted.

3.4 We take payment for online purchases via telephone. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and JCB.

3.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

3.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

3.7 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

4. Delivery & Carriage Charges

4.1 Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 working days, which can change without notice.

4.2 Due to the nature of the products we sell carriage charges will be given once the phone call has been made accepting the order.

4.3 Carriage charges will be quoted after you place your order. You will recieve a phone call discussing the postal options.

4.4 Due to legislation restrictions not all goods can be sent by the same carrier. We will endeavour to get you the the cheapest price possible

4.5 Not all items can be delivered due to legal restrictions, a face to face transaction is required. These items include but are not restricted to: Guns, Primers, Ammunition and Expanding Heads.

5. Cancellation and returns

5.1 This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt from the Consumer Contract Regulations, or the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel.

5.2 You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail, phone or write to us.

5.3 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

5.4 If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

5.5 You may properly examine the goods for 14 days as you would do had you visited our showroom, however you may not return any goods that have been used unless they are faulty.

5.6 If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

5.7 We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 14 days, less any costs due under this contract.

5.8 Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

6. Faulty Goods / Guarantee

6.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email, call us or in writing providing details of the problem. Its helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

6.2 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

6.3 The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.

6.4 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

7. Liability

7.1 The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

7.1.1 All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

7.1.2 Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:

7.1.2.1 Loss of income or revenue;

7.1.2.2 Loss of business;

7.1.2.3 Loss of profits or contracts;

7.1.2.4 Loss of anticipated savings;

7.1.2.5 Loss of data;

7.1.2.6 Loss of goodwill;

7.1.2.7 wasted management or office time; and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, provided that this condition shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of the categories set out above.

7.2 This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Complaints

8.1 If you have any complaints you can contact us via email or write to us providing information about the complaint.

8.2 All complaints will be responded to as quickly as possible and we will but our best efforts into finding a satisfactory solution to the complaints recieved.

8.3 If you do not find our resolution of your complaint satisfactory then you are within your right to use the ODR platform

9. Accessing Our Site

9.1 Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below).

9.2 We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.
